Jeffrey Parker Selected to Represent Rexel Energy Solutions for Rexel USA’s NExT Program

​TAUNTON, MA, February 26, 2018 – Jeffrey Parker, a Project Manager for Rexel Energy Solutions, was selected to represent RES in Rexel’s NExT program.  NExT is Rexel USA’s developmental training program for early career professionals that demonstrate an interest and motivation for both personal and career growth with Rexel. 

This two-year program is designed to help Rexel USA employees from all divisions in the early stages of their careers become exceptional individual contributors and leaders by providing them with the transformational tools, training, and resources needed to succeed within the Rexel business.

​“The NExT program has been an amazing opportunity for me,” said Jeff Parker, “and I’m deeply grateful to be the first representative from RES/Munro to show the larger ‘Rexel world’ exactly what we do and what we can bring to the table in inter-division discussions.”

Jeff has had the opportunity to participate in numerous discussions and delve into many topics applicable to the electrical distribution industry and business strategies, such as: managing and working with an multi-generational work force, exploring the relationship between Distributors and Manufacturers and how it’s impacted by the current state of the industry, how the influx of e-commerce/digital has effected electrical distribution, personality profiling, and much more. 

“Being positioned through this program to see how Rexel USA and the electrical distribution business as a whole operate from a macro perspective has been a great experience.  The lessons I’ve learned about working with a multi-generational work force, as well as influencing different personality types will be an invaluable asset as I continue to progress in my career at RES and within Rexel USA,” Parker added.
